Russia’s Novak – output freeze unlikely at Algeria meeting

Russian Energy Minister Novak is the latest one to squash whatever little hope of oil output freeze exists in the markets.

As per Reuters report, Novak said an oil output freeze is unlikely to be discussed at Algeria meeting, but producers will talk about the overall market. He added further that oil market balancing is taking longer than expected.
