ECB is under pressure to act soon – SocGen

Kit Juckes, Research Analyst at Westpac, suggests that the ECB meets today and is under pressure to act soon to widen its bond-buying plans, by widening issue limits and push back the March 2017 end-date for the asset-purchase programme.
