Boris Johnson becomes UK Foreign Secretary

Former London Mayor Boris Johnson appointed as the new UK Foreign Secretary, reports BBC. Also, Philip Hammond has been named as UK Chancellor of the Exchequer, following the resignation of George Osbourne.
