US: Consumer Sentiment index drops to 94.7 in May

University of Michigan/Reuters consumer sentiment index edged down to 94.7 in May, below the 95.4 expected and the 95.8 April’s print. Still, sentiment remains high.

Meanwhile, a measure of consumers' feelings of current conditions came in at 109.9, while a measure of their expectations was at 84.9.
