BOJ's Kuroda press conference: Will not hesitate to easing steps on 3 dimensions

Governor Kuroda is giving a press conference post today's unchanged policy decision, noting that BOJ needed more time to monitor impact of monetary policy, adding that he will not hesitate to easing steps on 3 dimensions if needed to achieve 2% target.
