Japan MoF official: There are speculative moves in yen market

A Japanese Ministry of Finance official is crossing the wires, via Bloomberg, noting that there are speculative moves in the yen market. The comments follow similar comments by the MoF yesterday, as the Yen continues to appreciate against the rest of G10 currencies.
