Nikkei’s the winning exception today in Asia

FXstreet.com (Chicago) – Equities print losses across the board with the exception of the Nikkei 225 that advances and weakens the yen ahead of the BoJ announcement and Kuroda’s speech.

Down 0.29%, the Australian S&P/ASX 200 models the performance of the Shanghai Composite down 0.69%, the Hang Seng down 0.55%, the Korean Kospi down 1.10%, the Indonesian IDX down 0.57%, the Indian S&P CNX Nifty down 1.30% and the Sensex down 1.22%. The only winning stock so far during today’s trading session is the Nikkei 225 up 1.71% ahead of the BoJ interest rate decision expected at 3:00 GMT.
