Metals pick it up; gold wins after weeks of continuous losses
FXstreet.com (Chicago) – Futures metals print considerable gains, with the exception of copper, in the afternoon of the American trading session. With decreasing oil reserves in the US, oil’s price rose.
At $1,317.10, gold is 0.69% printing lows at $1,308.90 and highs at $1,322.00. Silver is 0.74% up and prints lows at $21.62 and highs at $22.08 to trade at $21.80. Platinum advances 1.17% and is offered at $1,467 registering lows at $1,450 and highs at $1,469.90. Palladium is 1.69% stronger and is offered at $763.00 with lows at $749.50 and highs at $764.95. Finally, copper is 0.81% down registering lows at $3.2220 and highs at $3.2780.
