Canada: Ivey PMI surprises to the upside in October

FXstreet.com (Barcelona) - Canada's Ivey Purchasing Managers' Index jumped to 64.2 points in October, from 59.4 points in September, according to data released today by the Richard Ivey School of Business.

Ivey Purchasing Managers' Index s.a. grew to 62.8 in October, from 51.9 registered the previous month and against forecasts of falling to 51.0.

US: CB Leading Indicator increases by 0.7% in September

The US CB Leading Indicator grew by 0.7% in September, following a 0.7% rise also in August, according to data released today by the the Conference Board. This result is almost in line with forecasts of +0.6%.
