‘Willing to have an open discussion’ – Iran’s Oil Minister
FXStreet (Mumbai) - In response to Saudi Arabia’s conditional talks on slashing output, Iran’s oil minister positively responded, saying that, “we need to talk to non-opec producers,” and “ (we are) willing to have an open discussion.”
