Spanish Eco Min: European bank aid program likely to end as scheduled
I would not bet a nickle that Spanish banks would be able to stand on their own without considerable aid for some time to come, especially as the ECB tries to come to grips with the real state of the European banking system in advance of taking full responsibility for bank regulation.
