Ireland HICP (YoY) down to 0% in September from previous 0.2%

Zhiwei Zhang, China’s Chief Economist at Deutsche Bank, suggests that the fiscal slide which has severely affected Chinese growth this year, is coming to an end and is is reiterating his view that growth may rebound in Q4 to 7.2% from 7.0% in Q3.
