AUD/USD flirts with 0.9390 support on reiterative crush
FXstreet.com (Chicago) - AUD/USD continues printing lower lows in the afternoon of the American trading session. The pair accumulates 0.29% losses and remains positive for the week.

Earlier in the US, the housing price index for July (MoM) was 1.0% vs. past 0.7% and expected 0.9%. The consumer confidence index was 79.7 vs. estimates at 79.8 and past results at 81.8. The Richmond Fed manufacturing index for September was 0 vs. past 14 and expected 17. In Australia no official data was released and the Australian ASX All Ordinaries closed down 0.31%.

Price action reveals the pair remains unable to jump back above the 0.94 support. The pair is offered at 0.9397 and oscillates between supports aligned at 0.9391 (September 15 highs), 0.9356 (September 11 highs) followed by 0.9317 (September 10th highs) and resistances aligned at 0.9431 (19th lows), 0.9478 (June 2nd highs) ahead of 0.9523 (September 20th highs). According to the FXstreet.com trend index, the pair is slightly bearish on one-hour timeframe analysis fluctuating below the EMA20.
