AUD/USD at 6-year lows sub-0.7300

The Australian dollar came under renewed pressure and scored fresh 6-year lows versus the greenback on Friday weighed by a big miss in Chinese manufacturing PMI.

US manufacturing PMI recovers from 20-month low in June

The preliminary Markit US Manufacturing Purchasing Managers’ Index (PMI) edged up to 53.8 in July from a 20-month low of 53.6 in June.
