NZD/USD stabilizes above 78.00

FXstreet.com (Barcelona) - The NZD/USD foreign exchange rate is last trading at 0.7830 bids, slightly lower for the session so far, off recent session highs at 0.7859, but little changed since previous Asia-Pacific open yesterday.

NZD/USD momentum in bears hands

“We have an offer at the 50 day MA / 0.79 big figure in case of a bounce from the 200 week MA where price is currently hovering,” said IFRMarkets analysts, on hopes the pair will revisit the 0.77 lows area “in coming days.” IFRMarkets argues a close above the 50 day SMA that sits around the 0.79 round would change their view. Kiwi is down -3.34% for the week so far, worst week since early June.
