Downside risks to German IFO data – TDS

FXStreet (Barcelona) - The TD Securities team previews the key data releases ahead in the Eurozone, seeing downside risks to the German IFO data to be releases ahead.

Key Quotes

“For today’s IFO data we see downside risks after the softer PMI data out of Germany yesterday. Markets are looking for the headline business climate index to slip from 108.6 to 108.3, but we think that we could see a decline to closer to 107.0, with more weakness in current conditions than in expectations. We also have the second readings of Eurozone GDP today, where we’re not expecting any significant revisions, but we will get a little more detail.”
