USD/CAD hovers around 1.2100
FXStreet (Córdoba) - USD/CAD dropped back below 1.2100 and fell to fresh daily lows after the latest upside attempt was capped by the 1.2145 area.
USD/CAD has lost nearly over the last hours and scored a daily low of 1.2071 before finding support and bouncing. At time of writing, the pair is trading at the 1.2090 area, virtually unchanged on the day.
However, USD/CAD continues to oscillate within its recent range unable to set a short-term direction. Last Friday, weak employment data from both countries failed to trigger lasting moves, confining the pair to extend its consolidative phase.
