Greek talks to pick up pace in coming days – German FinMIn

FXStreet (Mumbai) - Talks between Athens and its partners over a debt deal will gain speed during the coming days, Germany's finance ministry said Wednesday, pointing to the recent reshuffle in the country's negotiation team, as reported by Reuters.

"We have new working structures in Athens. We expect that this will lead to an acceleration of the talks," finance ministry spokesman Martin Jaeger said during a news conference.

The comments came as Reuters reported that Athens was expected to present the lenders its reform plan later in the day, in an effort to show it is serious about its pledges.
