AUD/JPY climbs above 93.00 and hits 2-week highs

FXStreet (Córdoba) - The AUD/JPY pair is rising on Tuesday, having the best day in almost two weeks. Recently it climbed above 93.00 and printed a fresh high for the current month at 93.13 and it remains near the highs holding a bullish tone.

While AUD/USD rebounds and rises back above 0.7800, USD/JPY consolidates above 119.00, pushing AUD/JPY to the upside. The aussie rose during the Asian session after RBA minutes, and managed to break above 92.40 (Feb 13, 16 high), then during the European and the Amreinca session extended gains.

AUD/JPY technical levels

To the upside, a consolidation above 93.00 could strengthen the short term bullish perspective. Resistance levels might lie at 93.50, 94.10 (Jan 27 high) and 94.60 (Jan 28 high). On the opposite direction, immediate support now lies at 92.40 and below here at 92.10 and 91.50/55.
