GBP/USD falls hard below 1.5250

FXStreet (San Francisco) - The Sterling is currently falling hard against the US Dollar as the greenback is rallying across the board after breaking above 120.00 against the Japanese Yen. The GBP/USD fell 50 pips in the last few minutes from the 1.5300 area to test the 1.5250 level.

Currently, GBP/USD is trading at 1.5256, down 0.00% on the day, having posted a daily high at 1.5302 and low at 1.5233. GBP/USD spot is in neutral territory according to the hourly FXStreet OB/OS Index, while the FXStreet Trend Index is slightly bearish.

Below the 1.5250, the GBP/USD will find supports at 1.5240, 1.1.5210 and 1.5000. To the upside, 1.5250, 1.5265 and 1.5300 are resistances.
