Bearish bets on 10-yr Treasury futures fall for a 4th week

The speculators reduced overall bearish bets on the 10-year Treasury note futures in the last week, showed data released by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC).

France manufacturing PMI indicates slowing of declines

The headline Markit France Manufacturing Purchasing Managers’ Index recorded 49.2, up from 47.5 in December and the highest reading in eight months.
