USD/CAD falls below 1.0500
FXstreet.com (San Francisco) - The US dollar is currently trading lower against the its Canadian counterpart and after falling around 50 pips from 1.0535 in the American session, the USD/CAD has broken down the 1.0500 area to reach fresh daily low at 1.0485.
Currently the USD/CAD is trading back around 1.0500, 0.20% down on the day. Short term perspective is slightly bearish according to the FXstreet.com trend index in the 15-minute chart. Indicators such as CCI, MACD and Momentum pointing to the south while the Stochastic is bullish.
Below the 1.0500 area, next supports are at 1.0485 and 1.0450. Resistances are at 1.0535 1.0550 and 1.0655.
