Merkel: Commitment to balancing the budget is about Germany's future
FXStreet (London) - Speaking at the Christian Democratic Union conference in Cologne to national party delegates, German Chancellor Angela Merkel has said that Germany can be proud of its economy, pointing to its record-low employment levels and commitment to a balanced budget through 2015 for the first time in 46 years.
